No! Our classes are drop-in friendly. Just show up at the scheduled time and location. No apps or registrations required.

What should I bring to class?

Bring water, comfortable athletic wear, and sunscreen. For yoga, a mat or towel is helpful. For bootcamp and calisthenics, wear supportive shoes.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

All our classes are designed to be inclusive and scalable. Our instructors provide modifications for all fitness levels.

What happens if it rains?

We embrace light rain! However, classes are cancelled in severe weather. Check our email updates or contact us for real-time status.
